Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Mohali, India, reporting to the Manager, FP&A within our FP&A department. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Engagement organization, which includes the Professional Services Sales teams, as well as Deployment and Delivery Support. As part of the G&A team, you provide a strong foundation for growth, helping to support and scale the world’s cloud security leader through financial expertise and strategic partnership.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and align KPIs with business goals

Collaborate with teams to develop accurate financial forecasts and deliver detailed reports for enhanced performance management

Build and maintain financial models to support investment analysis, scenario planning, and resource allocation decisions

Track and analyze KPIs for Customer Engagement teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize investments

Manage headcount forecasting alongside HR and leaders to align staffing with business goals and operational needs

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

CA/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, Business, or a related field

4-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles

Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or another comparable visualization tool
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel

Previous experience working with Professional Services, Customer Success, or Customer Support teams
